The cottage has been extensively renovated and refurbished to a high standard, and retains much of its original character, with fully beamed ceilings downstairs, exposed stonework, an inglenook-style fireplace in the lounge and double-glazing throughout. There are solid oak floors downstairs and some low doorways, making this an interesting property which has been pleasantly decorated and very well equipped.

The cottage has full oil-fired central heating and all fuel and power is provided and included.

Also provided are: WiFi Broadband, towels, bed linen, tea towels, iron and ironing board, and a small selection of games, books, maps, DVDs, and hair dryers in all bedrooms.  DAB radios with iPod ports in two bedrooms. DAB/Internet radio, Dishwasher, Freezer, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, and a really useful drying room!

We are sure you will find the cottage welcoming, cosy, comfortable, and a peaceful place to unwind and relax.
